Özlem Onurlu
Appraiser/Research Analyst, Consultancy & Valuation Department

An urban planner working in the Consultancy and Valuation Department, Özlem joined Pega in 2004. Her position includes the preparation of valuation reports in conformity with International Valuation Standards, including zoning and location analysis as a result of onsite inspection. Özlem also prepares best use and financial feasibility reports for a wide range of international and local clientele.

Özlem operates in various real estate sectors including retail, office, residential, and hotels. She also provides support to the brokerage department in conducting market research to meet the high standards sought by Pega’s multinational corporate clientele.

Özlem reports to group head Can Aksoy.

Experience

Özlem has 4 years of experience in the real estate sector assisting local and international clients, especially focusing on their requests for real estate appraisal. The monetary sum of appraisal, feasibility, and highest and best use reports that Özlem has prepared exceeds USD 2 billion, representing approximately 9,500,000 m² of land.

Working at Pega, Özlem has assisted corporate clients including Eurohypo AG, Eczacıbaşı, Siemens, Garanti GYO, Emaar, Sama Dubai, Deutsche Bank, and Aareal Bank, drafting appraisal and highest and best use reports for their projects throughout Turkey.
